About the Department

Franklin Templeton’s Institutional Liquidity Distribution team is part of the Global Client Group and is responsible for delivering institutional liquidity and short-term investment solutions to clients across the globe. The team partners with corporate treasurers and institutional investors, offering UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) liquidity funds, short-duration strategies, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), separate account solutions, and innovative digital asset products. Working closely with investment, marketing, operations, legal, and compliance teams, colleagues benefit from a collaborative environment, broad market exposure, and opportunities to support both established and emerging investment solutions.

Institutional Liquidity is focused on helping a wide range of institutional investors manage their operating and strategic cash through conventional money market funds and other short-term investment solutions. Franklin Templeton’s growing Digital Assets business includes tokenised investment products and blockchain-based financial infrastructure. These businesses are increasingly interconnected, particularly through the development of tokenised money market funds and other digital liquidity solutions.
