Executive Performance Integration Director

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the senior performance lead and trusted advisor across a portfolio of client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, agency partners and media partners, driving collaboration and business growth.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams across performance planning, buying and activation.
- Drive performance marketing strategy across key digital channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and Online Video.
- Champion innovation through testing, experimentation and adoption of emerging technologies, channels and measurement solutions.
- Ensure delivery of client performance objectives through optimisation, automation and best-in-class campaign execution.
- Oversee audience strategy and activation using data-driven approaches and proprietary technology platforms.
- Provide strategic guidance, quality assurance and escalation support for campaign delivery and client performance.
- Develop and mentor team members by providing expertise, coaching and training.
- Drive cross-functional integration with planning, data, technology and media teams to ensure connected client solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, operational efficiency and ways of working.
- Maintain accountability for financial processes, forecasting and commercial performance across digital activation teams.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in performance marketing, media planning and digital activation within an agency or similar environment.
- Expert knowledge of key performance channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and Online Video.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager and other major buying platforms.
- Proven ability to lead complex client relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect media investment to business outcomes.
- Experience designing and implementing testing, measurement and optimisation frameworks.
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, forecasting and financial processes.
- Excellent project management, organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning and driving digital transformation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and presentation skills with the confidence to challenge thinking and inspire clients and internal teams.
