The responsibility of the Culinary Intern is to support the daily operation in their respective outlet kitchen. They follow the direction and instructions of the senior chef. Culinary Intern are performing all basic cooking, preparation, cleaning, delivery and other supportive duties as instructed by the CDP & DCDP and required by the operation. Culinary Intern should have a high-level passion and dedication to the craft with their contribution of skills and enthusiasm to the dynamic operation of the kitchen.
