In this hands-on role, you will drive safer, smarter, and more consistent manufacturing. You will lead industrial engineering and continuous improvement within your assigned area, strengthening safety, quality, schedule performance, cost, workflow, and technical methods. You will also connect Production with Design Engineering, Planning, Estimating, Manufacturing Engineering, and Welding to accelerate feedback, improve bid accuracy, and sharpen market competitiveness. In partnership with Production supervision, you will help technicians build right the first time through effective training, clear procedures, and disciplined execution.

This role includes occasional domestic and international travel to Honeywell sites, supplier facilities, and customer locations.

You will report directly to our Senior Production Manager responsible for fabricating Honeywell's proprietary cryogenic equipment and you’ll work out of our Palmetto FL location on an onsite work schedule.
