Role overview:
The Partner Campaigns Liaison is responsible for supporting and scaling campaign operations across a diverse portfolio of gaming titles. Serving as the central operational hub for creator campaigns, this role owns the end-to-end execution, data tracking, and cross-functional coordination of social media initiatives. By leveraging advanced data analysis, social media platform expertise, and strong brand intuition, the Liaison ensures that campaign investments are optimized, brand-safe, and strategically aligned.
Requirements
SCOPE OF ROLE:
- Operational Execution: Support the end-to-end operational pipeline for creator campaigns across YouTube, Meta, and TikTok following initial training.
- Data & Budget Management: Build, maintain, and monitor tracking spreadsheets to keep spend on target across multiple titles and flag budget pacing issues early.
- Briefing & Brand Guidelines: Coordinate creator materials, including organizing talking points, setting up attribution mechanisms (rewarded deep links, promo codes), and ensuring content respects IP brand guidelines across distinct titles.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate performance metrics across campaign funnel stages to support rapid, data-driven operational decisions.
- Stakeholder & Agency Coordination: Serve as an organized liaison between internal teams (UA/performance marketing) and external agency partners to keep campaign deliverables moving on schedule.
- Creator Vetting: Execute operational checks on creator channels for brand safety, audience quality, and content compliance.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY
- Spreadsheet & Numerical Mastery: Exceptional skills in Google Sheets and Excel (advanced formulas, data organization, metric tracking); experience with Looker or MMPs is a strong plus.
- Data Reporting & Presentation: Strong ability to synthesize campaign data into clear, actionable reports and dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Social Media Fluency: A strong understanding of how content works on YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
- Brand Communication Instincts: An inkling for brand voice, clear communication, and evaluating tone and messaging in briefs or creator content.
- Aptitude for Learning: Eagerness and ability to quickly absorb domain knowledge around CPM benchmarks, creator negotiation, and user acquisition goals through guided training.
- Project Management & Context-Switching: Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing timelines across multiple gaming portfolio titles.
- Communication: Clear, crisp communication skills to handle cross-departmental alignment.

Our language test will require typing, so we would encourage you to take it on a computer and make sure you have the keyboard in your language settings to facilitate its completion. - Once you submit your test, the assessment will take approximately 48-72 hours to be evaluated.
- If you pass the language test, we’ll invite you for the online Interview via MS Teams with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists. It’s a perfect chance to exchange questions and get to know each other better.
- If you pass the initial interview with TA, your profile (CV and Language Test) will be sent over to the hiring manager for further review. From there, we'll know if they'd be interested to setup a final interview with you.
- We'll proceed then to the job offer if your final interview goes well. Note that it will be a panel interview with some of our Operations Managers.
- At the end of our journey - hopefully you will receive an offer and become our new Keywordian!
