Job Description

We are currently seeking an Global Omnichannel Specialist as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute:

• Coordinate day-to-day e-commerce and omnichannel operations, ensuring the smooth execution of business activities across markets and channels.
• Act as the main point of contact between E-commerce, Retail, Customer Service, Logistics, IT and external partners to ensure effective operational alignment and issue resolution.
• Oversee website and omnichannel operational activities, ensuring content accuracy, product availability, and a seamless customer experience throughout the customer journey.
• Coordinate the implementation and execution of omnichannel initiatives, supporting stores and business stakeholders while monitoring adoption and performance.
• Manage daily interactions with Kering E-commerce teams, regional teams and HQ functions regarding operational processes, website functionalities and omnichannel tools.
• Monitor and manage operational issues and customer-impacting incidents, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and continuous service improvement.
• Support seasonal launches, campaigns and business initiatives, ensuring operational readiness and cross-functional coordination.
• Analyze e-commerce and omnichannel performance, identifying trends, operational challenges and opportunities for optimization.
• Produce regular reporting and performance dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Coordinate testing activities and support the roll-out of new functionalities, tools and omnichannel projects, ensuring smooth deployment and stakeholder alignment.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market scouting activities to identify best practices and innovation opportunities within the e-commerce and omnichannel landscape.
• Support the development and training of store teams and brand ambassadors, fostering omnichannel capabilities and enhancing customer engagement across all touchpoints.
• Perform regular store visits internationally to gather feedback, assess execution standards and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Ensure alignment between global website operations, local market requirements and business priorities, maintaining a customer-centric and operationally efficient approach.

Who you are:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a role that combines digital and retail, preferably within the luxury sector or a well-structured organization.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven experience working with and managing cross-functional teams, including technology and software development teams, across multiple regions.
• Deep passion and knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, with a keen interest in staying up to date with the latest trends.
• Excellent interpersonal, team collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French is considered a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ticketing systems is a plus.

Indicative Starting Salary: 28.000€

Variable pay: eligibility to a variable annual bonus linked to the achievement of individual and company objectives, in line with current company policies
