Job Description

We are currently seeking a Global E-Commerce Specialist as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute?

Own the enrichment and maintenance of Brand Website content across all categories and markets, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Lead product and category page optimization, ensuring content quality, completeness, structured data and compelling product storytelling, to maximise discoverability across search engines and AI platforms.
Drive the creation and deployment of dedicated galleries and content experiences in support of global and local business initiatives.
Monitor and optimise website navigation, filters and internal search performance to elevate the client experience and drive conversion.
Create and manage dedicated landing pages for local activations, commercial moments and marketing campaigns.
Partner closely with CRM, Marketing, PR, Merchandising and Creative teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of digital initiatives across all touchpoints.
Monitor website performance, client journeys and key e-commerce KPIs, translating insights into concrete optimisation and growth opportunities.
Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to identify industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices for continuous improvement.
Ensure the timely delivery of e-commerce projects and seasonal launches, securing stakeholder alignment throughout.

Who you are?

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, E-commerce or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Merchandising or Online Retail. Ideally within luxury or premium fashion.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Solid understanding of SEO principles and of how content is surfaced by search engines and AI platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented and collaborative approach with strong sense of ownership
Strong attention to detail and sensitivity to luxury brand standards.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are considered a plus.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is considered a plus.
Experience working with CMS, PIM and e-commerce platforms such as Akeneo, Contentful, SFCC, Magento or Algolia.
Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Quantum Metrics or similar) is considered a plus.

Indicative Starting Salary: 28.000€
