Social Media Manager | Tourism Experience

Luxarabia is looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to support the growth of its online tourism and e-commerce business. The successful candidate will have proven marketing experience within the travel, tourism, hospitality, or online booking industry, with strong knowledge of social media, website management, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, website traffic, customer engagement, and bookings.
- Manage and grow the company's social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, plan, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional campaigns tailored to travel and tourism audiences.
- Manage the company's website content, ensuring information is accurate, engaging, SEO-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
- Implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, and performance monitoring, to improve organic search rankings.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across relevant platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads, where applicable.
- Develop promotional campaigns for tourism packages, travel experiences, destinations, and online booking services.
- Monitor website traffic, social media performance, campaign results, and conversion rates using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare regular performance reports, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, website traffic, leads, and bookings.
- Conduct competitor research and monitor digital marketing trends within the travel, tourism, and e-commerce industries.
- Coordinate with internal teams, designers, content creators, and external agencies to deliver consistent brand messaging.
- Manage the social media content calendar, campaign timelines, and marketing budgets.
- Ensure consistent branding and a seamless customer journey across social media platforms and the company website.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably within a tourism, travel, hospitality, or online booking company.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, website optimization, and content marketing.
- Experience managing business websites and updating website content, preferably on an e-commerce or booking platform.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms, content planning, community management, and audience growth.
