A Day in the Life

Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) is part of Medtronic’s Cardiovascular Portfolio, focused on therapies and technologies that help monitor and treat heart rhythm disorders. The team works closely with healthcare professionals, hospital stakeholders, and channel partners to expand access to CRM solutions that improve patient outcomes.

This role is based in Manila, Philippines and supports customers across an assigned territory. The position follows a flexible work arrangement with regular field engagement, customer visits and is required to support account management, clinical education, territory development, and customer relationship activities.

This field-based sales role is responsible for driving adoption of Cardiac Rhythm Management products and achieving sales objectives within an assigned territory. The position focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, supporting product utilization, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to advance business goals and patient care outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

Achieve territory sales targets through effective promotion and sales of Cardiac Rhythm Management products and services.
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital stakeholders, and distribution partners within the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities, qualify customer needs, and deliver solutions that support clinical and commercial objectives.
Conduct product presentations, training, and educational programs to support customer adoption and utilization.
Execute territory and account plans to expand existing business and develop new customer accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support account strategies and commercial initiatives.
Communicate customer insights and product feedback to internal stakeholders to support product enhancement and market development efforts.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma and 6+ years OR Associate's Degree and 4+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in medical device, healthcare, life sciences, clinical, or sales roles.
Experience managing customer accounts and achieving sales objectives within an assigned territory.
Experience building relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, distributors, or other healthcare stakeholders.
Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
Valid authorization to work in the Philippines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management, cardiovascular, electrophysiology, or related medical device therapies.
Experience delivering clinical or product education to healthcare professionals.
Knowledge of healthcare procurement processes, hospital systems, and distributor management.
Experience developing territory growth plans and expanding existing customer accounts.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support commercial and customer initiatives.
