Director, Browsing & Intent Product – LatAm
MiQ is looking for this role that will shape how browsing and intent signals are translated into scalable, omnichannel activation and measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will work across regional and global teams to strengthen the product proposition, accelerate adoption, and support commercial growth across LatAm.
What you will do
Build the regional data and inventory ecosystem

Evaluate, select, and integrate data partners for Browsing Intelligence across LatAm, including web, app, point-of-interest, and AI-search signals.

Help ensure data coverage, quality, compliance, and ID interoperability by market.

Evaluate and develop inventory partnerships across Display, Native, Audio, Rich Media, Push Ads, Social, and DOOH.

Define audience, platform, channel, and format taxonomies and scoring frameworks for each market.
Define and evolve the product strategy

Own the regional roadmap for activation capabilities across markets, channels, formats, verticals, and gaps versus the global product.

Establish regional commercial structures, including published rates, outcome-based models, channel pricing, and commercial guidance for Sales.

Develop the go-to-market narrative, competitive positioning, vertical-specific messaging, and launch materials for new capabilities.
Lead omnichannel activation and creative strategy

Define the role of each channel across the consideration funnel, including message sequencing and setup parameters for Trading.

Establish creative guidance by format and channel, including technical specifications and messaging principles for each stage of the customer journey.

Identify new activation opportunities, emerging platforms, and opportunities to expand into additional markets.
Strengthen measurement and business impact

Maintain and evolve the measurement framework for intent lift, web visits, store visits, and other relevant outcomes.

Promote consistency across markets and alignment with regional and global standards.

Translate measurement outputs into practical optimization recommendations by channel and vertical.

Build and expand a portfolio of credible case studies by vertical and business objective.
Enable Product Marketing and Sales

Develop and maintain commercial assets, including master decks, one-pagers, cheat sheets, battle cards, and objection-handling guides.

Design and deliver product training and certification programs for regional Sales teams and strategic agencies.

Represent MiQ Intent in agency meetings, industry events, and relevant PR opportunities.
What you will bring
Required experience and capabilities
-
10+ years of experience in ad tech, digital media, programmatic, or a closely related field.

Strong experience across product marketing, sales enablement, product strategy, and data partnerships.

Deep understanding of the LatAm data ecosystem and the main platforms used for omnichannel activation.

Experience working with or evaluating browsing signals, point-of-interest data, app usage, AI-search signals, and audience activation.

Ability to translate regional and market-level needs into clear strategic and tactical roadmaps.

Strong strategic thinking combined with a practical, execution-oriented approach.

Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across regional and global teams.

Strong commercial judgment and a clear focus on measurable business outcomes.
Preferred experience

Experience launching or scaling a data-led advertising or measurement product across multiple markets.

Experience building partnerships with data, media, technology, or inventory providers.

Experience creating enablement programs, product narratives, and customer-facing thought leadership.

Professional fluency in English and Spanish; portuguese is a plus.
