POSITION SUMMARY

Momentous is seeking a Lifecycle & Email Marketing Specialist to help scale our email, CRM, and customer retention programs. This hands-on role combines creative, technical, and operational execution across email campaigns, automated customer journeys, and customer communications.

Working closely with the CRM, Lifecycle & Retention team, this role builds and maintains campaigns and lifecycle flows, develops evergreen product education content, and manages routine and cross-functional email communications. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and creative thinker with technical proficiency, exceptional attention to detail, and a curiosity about customer behavior. This role thrives on turning strategy into execution, solving problems, and continuously improving the customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Email Campaign Execution & Production

• Build, QA, test, and deploy email campaigns in Klaviyo, including brand campaigns and retention initiatives.
• Execute campaigns according to established messaging, creative direction, and audience targeting.
• Support campaign production, testing, and deployment while ensuring accuracy and consistency across communications.

Lifecycle Marketing & Customer Retention

• Build, QA, and maintain automated lifecycle flows based on strategies and messaging developed by senior team members.
• Build and maintain customer segments to support more targeted and personalized communications.
• Support subscription retention initiatives, lifecycle testing, and routine Recharge operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve lifecycle execution and customer engagement.

Evergreen Content & Product Education

• Own the writing, design, production, and maintenance of evergreen product education emails and reusable content modules.
• Work with Product Marketing to translate product information into compelling, customer-friendly content aligned with Momentous' brand voice and positioning.
• Develop scalable content assets that support consistent messaging and efficient production across campaigns and lifecycle journeys.

Cross-Functional Communications & Channel Operations

• Own the production, QA, and deployment of routine customer communications, including out-of-stock, pricing, and service updates, using approved messaging.
• Manage cross-functional email execution for Sales, Corporate Wellness, Affiliate, and other business teams.
• Provide Klaviyo troubleshooting, technical support, and channel maintenance, including deliverability support.

Testing, Optimization & Process Improvement

• Build and QA A/B tests across campaigns and lifecycle flows, supporting performance analysis and optimization.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve QA, and reduce manual processes.
• Strengthen documentation and knowledge sharing to improve execution consistency and channel continuity.
• Proactively recommend improvements to campaign performance, customer experience, and team efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Creative Writing, Marketing, Content Creation, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including campaign production, automated flows, testing, QA, and deliverability.
• Experience in health, wellness, nutrition, or supplements preferred.
