About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Design & Motion Specialist to create compelling visual experiences that strengthen the Mozn brand and support our business objectives.
You will be responsible for designing high-impact creative assets from concept through execution and bringing those designs to life through motion graphics and animation across campaigns, events, social media, digital channels, executive communications, and product marketing.
This role combines strong graphic and visual design capabilities with hands-on motion graphics and animation expertise. The ideal candidate is a strong designer who can independently develop visual concepts and creative assets, then translate those designs into compelling motion experiences.
The role also requires previous experience leading creative projects, mentoring designers, or managing creative/design teams, with the ability to provide creative direction and maintain a high standard of design quality.
The ideal candidate can transform complex enterprise AI concepts into engaging visual content that captures attention, drives engagement, and elevates brand perception.
What You'll Do
Creative & Graphic Design
- Develop creative concepts and design high-quality assets for digital campaigns, social media, email campaigns, presentations, web, product marketing, and executive communications.
- Create strong visual compositions using typography, layout, imagery, illustration, and brand elements.
- Develop campaign identities and creative systems that can be adapted across multiple formats and channels.
- Maintain and evolve Mozn's visual identity across all channels.
- Ensure brand consistency and a high standard of design quality across all creative outputs.
- Translate complex business, AI, compliance, and financial crime prevention concepts into clear and engaging visual communications.
Motion Design & Animation
- Bring original static designs and creative assets to life through motion graphics and animation.
- Create high-quality motion content for digital campaigns, social media, events, presentations, and product marketing.
- Produce engaging explainer videos that simplify complex AI, compliance, and financial crime prevention topics.
- Develop product demonstrations, customer success stories, launch videos, and thought leadership content.
- Design motion assets for conferences, keynotes, executive presentations, and major industry events.
- Translate static content and campaign concepts into compelling visual narratives through motion design and storytelling.
Campaign & Event Design
- Create campaign assets that support awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.
- Design visual experiences for industry conferences, executive roundtables, customer events, and product launches.
- Produce booth graphics, stage visuals, event collateral, digital signage, presentations, and supporting motion assets.
Creative Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead creative projects from initial concept through final design and motion execution.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to designers and creative contributors when required.
- Review creative work and provide constructive feedback to maintain high standards of quality and brand consistency.
- Mentor and support other designers, sharing design and motion best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective creative solutions.
- Manage multiple creative projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
AI-Powered Creative Production
- Leverage modern design and AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, content creation, design workflows, and production.
- Continuously explore new creative approaches and technologies.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies that enhance creative quality, speed, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept and design through final static and motion execution.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Creative Arts, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, creative design, or creative production, with strong hands-on motion graphics experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both original visual/graphic design and motion graphics/animation work.
- Demonstrated ability to develop visual concepts, design the underlying creative assets, and independently bring those assets to life through motion and animation.
- Previous experience leading creative projects, mentoring designers, providing creative direction, and/or managing a design or creative team.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Adobe After Effects (required)
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Figma
- Demonstrated experience using AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, content creation, design workflows, and production.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, composition, branding, and motion design principles.
- Ability to maintain creative quality and consistency while managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for enterprise technology, AI, fintech, SaaS, or B2B brands.
- Experience producing keynote presentation visuals and executive communications.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and workflows.
- Experience supporting global events and product launches.
- Arabic and English design experience is a plus.
