The Application Analyst II is responsible for the support, administration, configuration, and optimization of Philips Fetal Monitoring, Philips IntelleBridge Enterprise (IBE), Philips iECG/ECG solutions, Alaris Pump integrations, and related clinical technologies. This role provides advanced application and device integration support, including iECG new user builds, ISP user provisioning, workflow configuration, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. The analyst collaborates with Clinical Operations, Physicians, Information Technology, and Biomedical Engineering to support device connectivity, equipment replacements, upgrades, and interoperability with the electronic health record (EHR). The Application Analyst II serves as a subject matter expert for supported systems, promotes operational efficiency through technology optimization, and assists in training and supporting end users and fellow analysts.
