The Customer & Commercial Success (CCS) organization, an organization within MCAPS-Core, is the connected engine that turns Microsoft’s commercial strategy into execution at scale — making it simpler and faster for the field to win for every customer, in every segment, region, and role. The organization brings together planning, landing, execution excellence, services portfolio and delivery, and field activation across ATU, STU, and CSU to accelerate customer value, drive growth, and strengthen the end-to-end experience across every customer moment.
As a Cloud Solution Architect Manager, you will lead a team of people who enable customers to achieve their outcomes, based on their investments in Microsoft technology. Leveraging your business and technical expertise, you will coach the team to ensure customers get value from their MS investments such as M365 Enterprise solutions and Unified support investments. As a CSA Manager, your role is pivotal in driving the success of the Mission Critical Unit. You as a people manager, will deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching and caring. This role is Microsoft onsite only.

Responsibilities
- Lead Customer Success & Business Growth: Direct teams in delivering secure, resilient, AI-enabled solutions that help complex customers achieve business outcomes, accelerate adoption and consumption, manage risks, remove blockers, and identify opportunities to expand Microsoft services, usage, and revenue.
- Develop Trusted Customer & Executive Relationships: Coach teams to act as strategic advisors to customers and executives, translate business challenges into Microsoft solutions, drive customer satisfaction and transformation, and influence decision-making through strong relationships with technical and business leaders, including CIOs and CISOs.
- Drive Team Performance & Partner Ecosystem Impact: Lead and empower teams through coaching, accountability, and professional development while orchestrating collaboration across Microsoft, partners, and customers to support strategic opportunities, technical pre-sales activities, and long-term business growth.
- Provide Technical Leadership & Industry Influence: Build team capabilities through mentoring and readiness programs, drive innovation and intellectual property development, influence frameworks and methodologies, and promote Microsoft solutions through thought leadership, industry engagement, and scalable best practices.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
- 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
o OR equivalent experience
- 3+ years people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers
- Ability to read, speak and write fluent English
