This role focuses on developing and executing communication and change management strategies to support projects and the overall strategy at Oceaneering. It involves partnering with leadership, managing internal messaging, and helping drive employee engagement through structured communications and storytelling. Candidates should have strong writing skills, a solid understanding of communication tools, and experience advising leaders on strategic initiatives.

The Specialist, Senior Communications will be responsible for developing and executing communication and change management strategies, plans that support IT projects, initiatives, and the overall strategy of Oceaneering and will play a critical role in global employee communications and IT change management initiatives.

Oceaneering is a global provider of engineered services and products, primarily to the offshore energy industry. We develop products and services for use throughout the lifecycle of an offshore oilfield, from drilling to decommissioning. We operate the world's premier fleet of work class ROVs. Additionally, we are a leader in offshore oilfield maintenance services, umbilicals, subsea hardware, and tooling. This role is responsible for developing and executing internal communication and change management strategies that support business and IT initiatives. The position partners closely with leaders to drive employee engagement, manage organizational change, create impactful communications, and ensure consistent messaging across the organization through various communication channels and strategic storytelling.
