Senior Manager, Data Center Power Generation

As Senior Manager of Data Center Power Generation, you will lead the strategy, operations, and performance of OCI’s on-site and integrated power generation assets. This role ensures safe, compliant, and reliable energy supply while advancing efficiency and sustainability objectives. This position oversees ongoing Data Center critical infrastructure maintenance and repair for all service lines and implements strategies aligned with Oracle processes and industry standards.
Oversees site selection and assessment activities across programs or regions. Leads cross-functional design and commissioning review efforts. Partners with key stakeholders to remove blockers and provides recommendations, solutions, and resources to meet operational requirements and specifications.
Provides guidance to teams on the administration of contracts and reviews policy documents to ensure alignment with company standards and best practices. Oversees the proposal review process of maintenance plans and escalates/shares findings with senior leaders for approval. Leads the development of training programs for newer team members, ensuring they align with team goals.

This role is dedicated to the emergency standby generator fleet and its supporting systems, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable backup power for critical data center operations during utility power interruptions. You will establish fleet maintenance and reliability standards, oversee performance across sites and regions, and ensure compliance with applicable environmental requirements and air permits. Working with data center operations, engineering, design, commissioning, procurement, and environmental teams, you will drive consistent practices throughout the generator lifecycle—from equipment selection and commissioning through maintenance, upgrades, and replacement.
