HR Administrator

OverviewThe role oversees the full employee lifecycle documentation, leave and insurance programs, organizational structure updates, compensation & benefits management, HR reporting while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Full management of the formal document flow for personnel administration (hiring, termination, transfer, disciplinary actions, changes in employment terms, etc.)
- Managing payroll process for all employees
- Management of employees' annual leaves
- Administration of employees' health insurance programs
- Recording and monitoring information in various HR software
- Periodic updates of organizational structure and headcount
- Preparation of monthly reports
Qualifications
- Higher education in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
- 1-2 years of work experience in fulfilling the same scope of responsibilities
- Proficiency in Georgian and English languages
- Knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking
- Motivated and results-oriented
