The position provides leadership, vision, training, and a working environment that promotes teamwork, customer and staff satisfaction. This position ensures the standards of service are met for the Facilities Services team in a manner consistent with SMC's mission, values and administrative standards. The Supervisor plans work, schedules staff and vendors, supervises work order flow and execution, coordinates system disruptions, tracks work status, monitors and verifies the function of building environmental and life safety systems, ensures all safety and infection control procedures are followed, provides in services and training.
