Under the direction of the Executive Director Quality, this position will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the ministry quality improvement program. This role provides leadership in advancing clinical and operational excellence, ensuring compliance with quality accreditation and regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all departments. This position exercises autonomous and independent judgment and discretion with agreed upon limitations to take actions needed to achieve success by using their education, experience, and knowledge to make decision. They serve as a key liaison between Quality Improvement, core leaders, caregivers, and system teams.
