Contract Specialist

The Part-Time Contracts Specialist supports the President in the review, preparation, execution, and organization of contracts for our transportation services and logistics solutions. This role performs first-level review of customer (shipper), carrier, and vendor agreements against company contract standards, flags non-standard or high-risk terms, and prepares proposed redlines for the President’s review and approval. The position works directly with C-suite executives and corporate attorneys, and also works with internal teams to keep customer, carrier, vendor, and other business agreements accurate, current, and moving through the approval process.
