SAIC is seeking a Senior Incident Manager to support the Special Operation Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3 EOM. This position is located at Homestead ARB, Florida.

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide SOCSOUTH, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to SOCSOUTH, and ultimately the end-users who operate around the globe 24x7x365.

The Senior Incident Manager will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:

Design, configure, and maintain the Common Operational Picture. You will merge incoming data links, imagery, and intelligence feeds into a singular, real-time map environment used by commanders for critical decision-making.
Act as the technical subject matter expert for the GCCS suite (such as GCCS-J for Joint or GCCS-A for Army) and associated command-and-control software like Agile Client.
Coordinate with operational planners, J6 (communications), and mission partners. You will evaluate bandwidth, secure network infrastructure (SIPRNET), and tactical data links to ensure stable transmission of the tactical picture.
Systems Integration: Bridge communications between joint C2 tracking platforms, ensuring cross-compatibility between various military branch networks and intelligence platforms
