Property and Casualty Strategy Analyst

The Strategy Business Analyst, based in SCOR’s Bucharest office, supports the Paris-based P&C Strategy team in producing, consolidating, and analyzing the data required for various strategic workstreams.
The role spans all pillars of the team’s mandate—Strategic Planning, Business Development, Strategic External Reporting & Messaging, Client Management and VoC (Voice of Clients), as well as support to the P&C CEO Office— ensuring high-quality data, a clear understanding of SCOR P&C’s key performance indicators (KPIs), and consistent, accurate messaging.

The P&C Strategy team supports the P&C Management team in defining and executing the strategic vision of the P&C function, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and alignment across the P&C organization and with Group functions. The department acts as a trusted advisor and partner to the P&C Management and all teams, providing support, insights, analysis, and recommendations on key strategic topics, such as business development, performance measurement, client management, budget planning or organizational design.
