Join our Insurance Finance - C&PI team as a Management Assistant, providing essential support to leaders across Insurance Finance.
This is a max-term full-time role based in Sydney through to July 2027.
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a fast-paced and collaborative team by providing high-quality administrative and coordination support.
What you'll do
- Manage complex calendars, meeting schedules and appointments across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate leadership meetings, including agendas, preparation of materials and follow-up actions
- Arrange travel, accommodation and meeting logistics
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and onboarding support
- Process corporate card reconciliations and assist with invoice administration
- Maintain accurate records, reports, organisational charts and internal systems
- Support team events, workshops and other administrative requirements
What you'll bring
- Experience in an administrative, coordination or business support role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Previous diary management or executive support experience is advantageous
