Job Summary

As Brand and Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution, governance, and activation of the global infrastructure brands of Sidara – TYLin, Introba, and Landrum & Brown – while providing project coordination support for strategic marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Head of Brand, you will work across brand, growth marketing, digital, creative, client experience, business teams, and external partners to ensure initiatives are organized, aligned, and delivered effectively.

This role is responsible for turning brand and marketing strategies into coordinated action through strong project management, stakeholder coordination, campaign operations, brand governance, training, employee advocacy, measurement, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously in a complex, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Program Management

Coordinate the execution of enterprise brand initiatives and support planning activities across multiple brands and regions.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of brand programs.
Maintain project trackers and provide status updates on initiative progress, risks, and milestones.

Marketing Campaign Coordination

Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with growth marketing, digital, creative, client experience, and business teams.
Develop and maintain campaign project plans, calendars, timelines, deliverable trackers, decision logs, and status reports.
Coordinate campaign inputs, creative briefs, asset requirements, reviews, approvals, and handoffs across participating teams.
Organize campaign meetings, document decisions and action items, and follow up with contributors to keep deliverables moving.
Maintain campaign files, asset libraries, version control, and supporting documentation.
Identify missing inputs, timing conflicts, approval gaps, and delivery risks, and escalate them to the appropriate campaign lead.
Support campaign launches by coordinating readiness checklists, stakeholder communications, toolkits, and distribution of approved assets.
Collect performance inputs, stakeholder feedback, and lessons learned to support campaign reporting and continuous improvement.

Brand Governance and Standards

Maintain brand standards, templates, and visual identity resources and support updates as needed.
Administer brand asset management systems and ensure resources remain current and accessible.
Coordinate brand review and approval processes.
Assist with periodic audits of brand implementation across digital, print, presentation, and environmental applications.
Support implementation of governance frameworks for existing and newly acquired brands.

Employee Advocacy and Brand Activation

Coordinate day-to-day operations and assist with expansion of employee brand ambassador program.
Coordinate ambassador recruitment, onboarding, communications, recognition, and training.
Develop and maintain advocacy toolkits and resources.
Partner with marketing, communications, and people teams to activate employees in support of strategic campaigns.

Brand Measurement and Insights

Coordinate brand awareness and brand health measurement efforts.
Support survey administration and analysis.
Monitor competitive activity and industry trends.

Acquisition and Brand Integration Support

Support branding workstreams associated with acquisitions and integrations.
Coordinate asset inventories, transition plans, and implementation activities.
Maintain documentation, trackers, and resources supporting brand transition activities.
Assist with stakeholder alignment and communication through integration processes.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing operations, communications, agency account management, or related fields.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to take direction, independently manage assigned projects and tasks, and proactively communicate progress, risks, and next steps.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and marketing technologies.
Experience supporting professional services, AEC, engineering, consulting, or B2B organizations.
Experience with brand governance and brand implementation initiatives.
Familiarity with employee advocacy and employer branding programs.
Experience using survey tools, analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards.
