About the role
- Partner with Supply leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business priorities
- Provide expert advice across employee relations, industrial relations and performance matters
- Lead and support organisational change, workforce planning and talent initiatives
- Deliver key people programs including talent, performance and succession planning
- Drive a positive, high-performing culture through learning, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives
About you
- You are a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, navigating complex people matters and delivering practical solutions that make a real impact.
- Significant HR Business Partner or People & Culture Partner experience within a complex organisation
- Strong employee relations and industrial relations expertise, ideally across unionised workforces
- Experience leading organisational change, workforce planning and capability initiatives
- Ability to influence and build trusted relationships across a diverse stakeholder group
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
