Technical Manager 將負責建立並領導台灣技術中心（Technical Center），成為公司在 HVAC（Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning）領域的最高技術代表與技術管理負責人。此職位需具備深厚的 HVAC 專業知識、空調系統規劃能力及團隊領導經驗，負責整合國內外技術資源，提升組織技術能力，支援業務發展、專案執行及售後服務，並建立專業技術團隊以支持公司長期成長策略。
主要職責
1. 支持業務發展與解決方案推廣
- 作為技術專家，與業務團隊共同拜訪客戶，提供專業技術簡報與解決方案規劃。
- 深入了解客戶需求，提供 HVAC 系統設計、節能改善、設備升級及智慧化管理等技術建議。
- 協助開發具市場競爭力之產品與解決方案，提高市場滲透率與業務成長。
2. 建立技術支援平台與第二線技術支援能力
- 領導台灣技術中心，作為前線服務工程師及專案團隊之第二線技術支援窗口。
- 協助處理重大技術問題、故障排除及專案技術諮詢。
- 建立技術知識庫、標準作業流程及最佳實務分享機制。
- 提供重大客戶或重要專案之技術支援與風險管控。
3. 國際技術資源整合與技術導入
- 作為台灣與 APAC 技術中心、全球技術中心及上海研發製造中心的重要聯繫窗口。
- 掌握最新產品技術、維修服務技術及應用趨勢。
- 主導新產品、新技術及新服務模式導入台灣市場。
- 整合全球技術資源，建立本地化技術能力與支援體系。
4. 技術人才培育與組織能力提升
- 建立台灣技術人才發展與培訓制度。
- 負責工程師、技術專員及業務團隊的技術教育訓練。
- 規劃技術認證及能力提升計畫。
- 建立技術傳承機制，提高團隊整體技術水準。
5. 解決方案開發與執行策略管理
- 根據公司業務發展策略，整合產品、工程與服務資源。
- 開發具市場競爭力的 HVAC 解決方案與服務模式。
- 建立完整的技術執行標準、服務流程及培訓機制。
- 支持重大專案執行，確保技術方案符合客戶需求與公司品質標準。
人員管理職責
- 建立並管理台灣 Technical Center 團隊。
- 負責團隊招募、訓練、績效管理及職涯發展。
- 建立高績效技術團隊文化。
- 推動跨部門合作與技術資源共享。
任職資格
學歷
- 機械工程、冷凍空調工程、能源工程或相關科系學士以上學歷。
- 碩士學歷尤佳。
工作經驗
- 10年以上 HVAC 或中央空調相關工作經驗。
- 5年以上技術管理或團隊管理經驗。
- 具大型商業建築、半導體、高科技產業或工業設施 HVAC 系統經驗尤佳。
- 具解決方案開發、專案支援及技術顧問經驗者優先。
專業證照
- 具備中華民國空調技師證照（Professional HVAC Engineer License）為必要條件。
- 具 PMP、能源管理或相關專業證照者優先。
專業能力
- 精通 HVAC 系統設計、應用及維修服務。
- 熟悉冷凍空調設備、控制系統及能源管理系統。
- 具備問題分析與故障診斷能力。
- 具備優秀的客戶溝通與技術簡報能力。
- 具備跨國團隊合作及技術資源整合能力。
語言能力
- 中文流利。
- 英文聽說讀寫能力佳，可與國際技術團隊進行專業溝通。

Position Title
Technical Manager, Taiwan Technical Center
Position Summary
The Technical Manager will establish and lead the Taiwan Technical Center as the primary technical authority for HVAC solutions and services. This role will serve as the key technical leader responsible for supporting business growth, strengthening field service capabilities, integrating global technical resources, and developing local technical talent. The successful candidate will possess strong HVAC expertise, people leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with regional and global technical organizations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Solution Support
- Partner with the Sales team to provide technical consultation, solution presentations, and customer engagement activities.
- Support the development of HVAC system solutions, energy efficiency programs, system optimization, and digital service offerings.
- Identify customer requirements and translate them into competitive technical solutions.
- Contribute to business growth through technical expertise and market-oriented solution development.
2. Advanced Technical Support & Escalation Management
- Lead the Taiwan Technical Center as the second-level technical support organization.
- Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting support for complex service, maintenance, and project issues.
- Develop technical standards, best practices, and knowledge management processes.
- Support critical customer situations and high-priority projects requiring advanced technical expertise.
3. Global Technical Resource Integration
- Act as the primary liaison between Taiwan, APAC Technical Center, Global Technical Centers, and the Shanghai Manufacturing & R&D Center.
- Facilitate the introduction of new products, technologies, service capabilities, and engineering practices into Taiwan.
- Leverage global technical resources to strengthen local technical competencies and customer support capabilities.
- Maintain strong alignment with regional and global engineering organizations.
4. Talent Development & Technical Capability Building
- Develop and implement technical training and competency development programs.
- Train and mentor service engineers, technical specialists, and sales personnel.
- Establish technical certification, knowledge transfer, and succession planning programs.
- Drive continuous improvement in the technical capabilities of the Taiwan organization.
5. Solution Development & Strategic Execution
- Support company growth strategies through the development of competitive HVAC solutions and service offerings.
- Integrate product, engineering, and service capabilities into customer-focused solutions.
- Develop implementation guidelines, service delivery processes, and supporting training programs.
- Ensure technical solutions are effectively deployed and supported throughout the customer lifecycle.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Taiwan Technical Center organization.
- Recruit, develop, and manage technical professionals.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on technical excellence, innovation, and customer success.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Master's degree preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of HVAC industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership or people management experience.
- Experience supporting commercial buildings, semiconductor facilities, data centers, healthcare, or industrial applications is preferred.
- Proven experience in technical consulting, solution development, and advanced troubleshooting.
Certifications
- Valid Professional HVAC Engineer License is required.
- PMP, Energy Management, or related professional certifications are preferred.
Technical Competencies
- Strong expertise in HVAC systems, chilled water plants, controls, and service operations.
- Excellent analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
- Strong presentation, communication, and customer engagement capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively across regional and global technical organizations.
Language Skills
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese.
- Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
