Do you enjoy simplifying complexity and delivering strategic outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups in an AI enabled Legal function?As a Legal Engineer, you will help shape the future of our global in-house legal function by combining legal expertise, process thinking, technology and AI. You will identify opportunities to simplify, automate and digitally enable legal work and turn them into practical, scalable solutions.
Your responsibilities:
• analyze and redesign legal processes, translating complex legal work into scalable workflows, decision logic and technology-enabled solutions.
• identify and implement opportunities for automation, LegalTech and Generative AI to improve efficiency, quality and user experience.
• collaborate with lawyers, Legal Operations, Technology and business stakeholders to design, prototype, test and deploy legal solutions.
• translate legal and business requirements into practical, user-friendly and scalable products, tools and workflows.
• structure legal knowledge, content and data to enable reuse, automation and AI-supported legal services.
• promote continuous improvement and responsible adoption of AI by monitoring solution performance, incorporating user feedback and ensuring appropriate governance and human oversight.
