• contribute to the development and maintenance of our trading connectivity platform, primarily using Java
• work closely with Software Engineers, Test Engineers, and Product Owners to deliver business requirements
• participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, releases, and production support activities
• assist in troubleshooting and issue analysis with guidance from experienced team members
• learn and apply AI-assisted engineering practices across the software development lifecycle
