What's the role?

What do I need?

We're looking for someone who has helped organisations adopt transformational Data Management, Data Governance or enterprise data capabilities that materially changed how people work. You may have supported the rollout of an enterprise data catalogue, metadata management capability, governance operating model, data quality transformation, lineage program or enterprise data platform that reshaped how practitioners discovered, managed and governed data.

You'll be comfortable working with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Governance professionals, Engineers, Analysts, Risk teams and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into meaningful outcomes and creating practical interventions that build capability, shift behaviours and accelerate adoption. We're particularly interested in candidates who are AI-native in the way they work. You actively use AI to improve productivity, accelerate research, strengthen stakeholder engagement and design better change outcomes.

Whether it's change planning, impact analysis, workshop preparation, communication development, capability uplift or intervention design, you look for opportunities to use AI to work smarter and help others do the same. Experience supporting an Alation implementation or comparable enterprise data catalogue initiative will be highly regarded. Whilst you don't need to be a Data Management specialist, you should be comfortable discussing these concepts with practitioners and understanding how changes affect the way they work.
