Who can apply?
Fresh graduates with an outstanding academic record (Fresh Grads: any graduates of the year 2025, or 2026 or January 2027, as for males who completed their military service either in 2024 or 2025
A fresh graduate with diverse extracurricular & internship experiences
Requirements:
- Engineering, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or another analytical discipline.
- University projects, internships, or extracurricular experience related to problem-solving, operations, data, analytics, technology, digital products, or business projects would be an advantage.
- Fluency in English
- Focus on potential and willingness to learn rather than prior technical depth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity and interest in business, processes, data, and technology.
- Ability to understand a business problem and structure it clearly.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate across different teams and ask thoughtful questions.
- Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and openness to feedback.
- Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Basic understanding of processes, data, analytics, or digital products is an advantage; Power BI, SQL or process-mapping exposure is a plus, not a requirement.
