Fresh graduates with an outstanding academic record (Fresh Grads: any graduates of the year 2025, or 2026 or January 2027, as for males who completed their military service either in 2024 or 2025

Purpose
At the heart of the Consumer Business Unit, every decision starts and ends with the customer. As a Discover Graduate in CBU, you will learn how customer needs turn into propositions, experiences and personalized offers that add real value to people’s daily lives. You will rotate across CBU functions and help attract, engage and grow the customer base at every touchpoint, while building the commercial, analytical and leadership skills to become a future CBU leader
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong academic record.
- A postgraduate degree or relevant certifications (e.g., digital marketing, data analytics) is a plus.
- Internships, student activities, case competitions or entrepreneurial projects are strongly valued.
- Exposure to marketing, sales, data analysis or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Strong Excel skills; Power BI, SQL or Python is a plus.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior and business economics.
- Ability to analyze data and draw clear conclusions.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, social media and e-commerce trends.
- Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint and storytelling).
