Job Description

Field Service - Desktop Support Technician

Primary Skill: Desktop Support, Hardware Break Fix / Customization, Ticketing System, Win 11, Apple Mac (Basic), Repairs, Depot Asset Management.

Perform customer services related to

  1. Equipment and systems products by troubleshooting problems, resolving problems, interfacing with vendors for in-warranty returns, installing software and entering resolutions into the Service Now Ticketing system.
  2. Must be able to repair laptop/ Desktop and workstation.
  3. Maintain, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs hardware and computer peripherals.
  4. OS Imaging (SCCM) and setup of workstations and the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
  5. Security compliance adherence for Infra as per customer requirements
  6. Manage assets Inventory at Office Depot location, updating Assets Data Base tool, Asset Salvages
  7. Working on new hire setups.
  8. Should be flexible for Weekend/holiday support.
  9. Onsite availability during business hours, no WFH
  10. Should be able to cover user Walkin desk when required
Mandatory Skills: Desktop Support . Experience: 1-3 Years .The expected compensation for this role ranges from $38,300 to $83,600 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
