Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced IIoT & MES Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, ReactJS, SQL and database technologies. The role requires end-to-end ownership of projects, including technical delivery, customer communication, requirements gathering, solution scoping and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate should have experience working across IIoT and MES platforms and be comfortable leading customer-facing technology projects from requirements through implementation and delivery.

Primary Skills

  • Strong experience working across IIoT and MES platforms
  • Hands-on development experience with C# and .NET
  • Experience with ReactJS for front-end application development
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database technologies
  • Understanding of industrial/manufacturing applications and system integration

Secondary Skills

  • Experience with DevOps practices and development/deployment processes
  • Knowledge of MQTT communication protocol
  • Understanding of HTTPS
  • Experience designing or consuming REST APIs
  • Exposure to integration between industrial systems, applications, and databases

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end leadership and ownership for IIoT/MES projects, from requirements and solution definition through development and delivery.
  • Lead customer communication and coordination, acting as a key technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate business/manufacturing requirements into clear technical requirements.
  • Drive solution and project scoping, identifying technical requirements, dependencies, and integration considerations.
  • Manage technical and business stakeholders and maintain alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams working with C#, .NET, ReactJS, SQL and databases.
  • Support the design and integration of solutions involving MES, IIoT, MQTT, HTTPS and REST-based interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support successful project delivery.
  • Ensure solutions follow appropriate development, integration, and deployment practices.

Mandatory Skills: Digital Manufacturing . Experience: >10 YEARS .The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
