Working as part of a collaborative Risk & Broking team, you will build trusted relationships with clients, insurers and colleagues, combining strong client service skills with commercial awareness to deliver effective risk and insurance solutions. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of client relationships, understanding clients' strategic objectives and helping them navigate an increasingly complex risk landscape. You will work closely with Account Directors, Brokers, Claims professionals and subject matter experts to ensure clients receive tailored advice and solutions that support their business objectives.
This role requires a proactive, relationship-focused individual who can work independently and collaboratively, exercise sound judgement and contribute to both client retention and business growth initiatives.
The Role
Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
Support the retention and growth of existing client accounts through exceptional service delivery and strategic client engagement.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling and new business development across WTW's solutions and capabilities.
Collaborate with Account Directors and specialist teams to design and deliver effective client solutions.
Develop a thorough understanding of clients' businesses, risks and strategic priorities.
Manage client activity in line with regulatory, compliance and governance requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and key market stakeholders
