- 1. Responsible for live-streaming traffic operations strategy, covering both on-site and off-site traffic allocation mechanisms and efficiency tracking; analyze conversion performance and continuously optimize traffic distribution.2. Execute short-video content operations, including creator collaboration, and content distribution; track short-video traffic acquisition efficiency and its contribution to live-streaming GMV.3. Manage live-streaming partnerships with off-site platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube on behalf of Lazada; coordinate with creators and MCN agencies to plan and execute cross-platform joint campaigns, expanding off-site traffic acquisition channels.4. Serve as the execution liaison between business and product/tech team; support requirements gathering, assist with PRD writing, and drive product feature iterations; collaborate on building data instrumentation and automated reporting infrastructure.
- Job Requirements
- 1. Bachelor's degree or above; 1 years of experience in e-commerce live-streaming operations, traffic operations, or product operations. Prior experience with Southeast Asian platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok is preferred.2. Hands-on experience in platform-level traffic operations, with a solid understanding of traffic allocation mechanisms and live-streaming conversion funnels. Ability to independently manage traffic strategies across multiple accounts. Experience in campaign & mega execution is a plus.3. Experience collaborating with MCN agencies and creators (KOLs/KOCs), with the ability to maintain and manage a creator partnership portfolio. Proficient in SQL and Excel for data analysis; experience with Python or R is preferred.4. Product-oriented mindset with the ability to assist in requirements analysis and PRD writing. Familiarity with short-video content production and distribution logic; experience in short-video and live-streaming synergy is preferred.5. Proficient in English as a working language. Prior experience in cross-market operations across Southeast Asia is preferred. Familiarity with live-streaming mechanisms on off-site platforms such as Meta and YouTube is a plus.
