Role Summary
The Graduate Engineer Trainee will support automation development, AI-enabled operations, and image data management activities. The role involves developing and maintaining automation scripts, supporting Azure-based solutions, leveraging GenAI and Copilot for productivity, and assisting with image data processing and quality management.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts using Python or Java.
- Own and support existing automation solutions and workflows.
- Build and maintain end-to-end automation pipelines and data processing jobs.
- Use GenAI and GitHub Copilot for code generation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor automation jobs and resolve operational issues.
- Manage, filter, and cleanse large image datasets.
- Support image quality review and data validation activities.
- Work with Azure services for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Prepare technical documentation and status.
- Collaborate with project teams to improve operational efficiency through automation.
Prerequisites
- B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science or IT), MCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), or M.Sc. (Computer Science).
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
- Knowledge of Generative AI and GitHub Copilot for software development.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Good understanding of automation, scripting, and software development concepts.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Git, or REST APIs.
- Exposure to AI/ML, image processing, or data annotation projects.
- Basic Linux and database knowledge.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM-based solutions.

Specialization Description
General IT Applications Development includes analysis, programming, and configuration of end user applications and/or systems software including:
- Analyzing detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for the application
- Coding internally developed applications and/or configuring commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) applications using programming, scripting, and database languages
