Job Description Summary
PCS administrative and site support for projects and services. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Role will report to KSA project director.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers, owners, and contractors to obtain site access, permit, etc.
- Provide hands-on administrative and operational support to project managers and site teams to ensure smooth execution of daily project activities.
- Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on site access requirements, including gate passes, visitor permits, and other necessary approvals for employees, contractors, and business visitors.
- Support project billing activities, including preparation of invoice documentation, submission of billing requests, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams, and service providers to facilitate project-related requests and ensure timely completion.
- Support site operations through occasional site visits to coordinate access, documentation, logistics, and other project requirements.
- Handle online service requests through customer portals and internal systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Follow up on pending requests and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve administrative or operational issues.
- Provide general project coordination and administrative assistance as needed to support business priorities.
- Demonstrate flexibility to support both office-based activities and on-site requirements based on project needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or technical/vocational diploma.
- Minimum of 5 years of overall experience within GE Vernova.
- Ability and willingness to visit customer or project sites when required.
- The legal right to work in Saudi Arabia without company sponsorship or time restrictions.
- Experience on SE projects and/or access and contractor ID process
- Fluency in Arabic and English

- Previous experience supporting project operations, site administration, billing, or related business activities.
- Basic knowledge of internal business processes, administrative systems, and project coordination activities.
