Your role

Trade Marketing Manager – development of key marketing initiatives and programs, including consumer campaigns, competitive intelligence, and trade assets. This role also plays a critical part in supporting commercial readiness and go-to-market efforts across Southeast Asia, Greater China, Greater India, the Middle East, Turkey, Russia, and Africa. In addition to core responsibilities, the role contributes to market acceleration projects, launch support, and cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with global teams and regional partners.

Job Requirements

Brand Communication & Trade Marketing Enablement

• Communicate and reinforce brand positioning by sharing global brand campaigns, brand studies, and core values with local teams; ensure adherence to brand guidelines and visual identity standards across markets.
• Support local marketing execution, including ATL campaign support, B2B training sessions, and trade show design.
• Lead the development of interactive trade booth experiences for new product launches, focusing on intuitive engagement and product understanding for trade audiences.

Trade Marketing Support 

• Preparation of mainstream development plan, defining positioning of brands, and conducting comprehensive market assessment (including market sizing, consumer segmentation, competitive analysis, and trade margin analysis) to guide mainstream brands development.
• Support the exploration and pilot strategic initiatives and special projects—such as market entry, new category exploration, or cross-functional pilots that align with long-term growth priorities.
• Facilitate cross-market collaboration and communication to accelerate adoption of best practices and innovative programs, enabling faster and more effective market penetration.
• Provide strategic support to priority markets identified for acceleration or new launches by developing adaptable frameworks, toolkits, and templates that enhance market readiness and execution consistency in collaboration with country teams.

Digital Engagement & Platforms

• Lead the development and enhancement of digital assets and regional campaigns (e.g., Gift of Great Vision), ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives.
• Support the creation of a regional social media playbook to guide content, tone, and engagement strategy; lead its dissemination and adoption across key APAC & MEA markets.
• Monitor adoption, performance, and engagement levels in each market, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and localization.
• Oversee website development and management for KODAK Lenses global and country sites, ensuring timely updates, UX consistency, and performance optimization.
• Manage official social media accounts linked to KODAK Lenses, supporting access, content planning, and usage across markets.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Marketing with minimum 5 years’ experience in Product & Consumer Marketing with at least one significant experience in B2C environment (FMCG, F&B, OTC…). Experience in upstream marketing strategy, innovation ideation, concept communications development is advantageous.
• Excellent teamwork skills, proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, used to work in multi-cultural environment Strong analytical skills and ability to execute with excellence.
• At ease with technical topics (scientific background or previous experience in medical devices / technical fields is an advantage). Able to translate technical product performance into consumer-friendly communication.
• Embark on business travel as needed in correspond to the needs and responsibilities of the role.  
• Any other ad-hoc duties as deemed fit by the management.
