Your role
We're looking for an Art Director who combines conceptual thinking with exceptional visual craft. You'll lead the visual development of integrated 360° campaigns, partnering with creatives, strategists, marketers, and business stakeholders to transform insights into compelling campaign ideas, visual systems, and brand experiences that educate, engage, inspire, and build trust. You'll play a key role in developing creative platforms that scale across channels, audiences, and international markets while maintaining the highest standards of creative excellence.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and visual systems for integrated 360° campaigns across digital, social, retail, CRM, experiential, events, presentations, internal communications, and emerging channels.
- Create compelling visual content and campaign platforms for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Translate strategic briefs, audience insights, and business objectives into impactful visual storytelling and brand experiences.
- Develop master key visuals, creative toolkits, and design systems that provide the foundation for effective amplification across channels, markets, and audiences.
- Partner with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, Brand and Marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the creative process.
- Present creative ideas confidently, communicate the strategic thinking behind your work, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Champion exceptional craft, ensuring every execution reflects creative excellence and brand consistency.
- Explore AI-enabled creative workflows to enhance ideation, visualization, content development, and production.
- Stay ahead of design, technology, culture, and emerging creative trends, bringing fresh thinking into every project.
Main requirements:
- A portfolio demonstrating outstanding conceptual thinking, art direction, and integrated campaign development.
- Experience creating communications for both B2B and B2C audiences within an agency, in-house creative team, or global brand environment.
- Expertise in visual storytelling, typography, composition, branding, and digitalfirst design.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience with Figma, motion graphics, video editing, or presentation design is an advantage.
- An AI-enabled creative practice, confidently integrating generative AI throughout the creative process while maintaining exceptional creative judgment, originality, and craftsmanship.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire ideas, embrace feedback, and build trusted relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
- Curiosity for innovation, technology, design, culture, and the arts, with a passion for continuous learning.
