Digital Customer Interactions & Sales focuses on creating outstanding digital interactions for our customers and enabling digital sales for our business units. This includes responsibility for our group website dhl.com, where we manage content authoring, technical platform development, and constantly evolve the most important customer journeys. We use digital analytics and CX/UX research to continuously enhance our digital offering. With dedicated search engine strategies, we improve the visibility of our brand. Help turn ideas into digital experiences on DHL.COM. As Senior Specialist Release and Requirements Management, you will lead release management and help keep our digital platform running smoothly. Working closely with our technology partners, you will support change requests from initial requirements through to delivery - bringing platform improvements to life.
Principal Accountabilities:
What’s your role:
- Take the lead on releases by partnering with internal teams and external technology experts to bring platform improvements to life
- Keep stakeholders connected and informed at every stage of the release journey
- Enable confident management decisions by preparing clear recommendations on releases and hotfixes
- Make releases even smoother through automation and fresh ideas for more efficient processes - without compromising quality
- Connect with teams and business units across DHL Group to capture change requests and requirements for the Digital Experience Platform team
- Transform incoming requests into a structured, prioritized backlog, working with teammates across content and technical topics
- Contribute your ideas to continuously improve how we deliver platform changes
- Enable stakeholders to see what’s next by sharing clear updates on the platform backlog, roadmap planning and release notes
- Build and maintain automated test suites that help deliver reliable platform experiences
- Help DHL’s content editors keep content moving by providing hands-on technical support
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
What We’re Looking For
- You bring at least 2–3 years of experience in a relevant field
- You hold a university degree in IT, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ideally, you’re familiar with website technologies and content management systems, preferably Adobe AEM or Magnolia
- You have experience turning needs into clear requirements, managing them, and following delivery through quality assurance
- You’re motivated to make an impact and eager to grow your skills
- You bring a keen eye for detail and care about getting things right
- You’ve gained some experience engaging stakeholders and building productive working relationships
- You bring good organizational and project management skills to keep work on track
- You have a good understanding of DHL Group, its customers and its products
- You’ve gained some experience collaborating with external partners, such as agencies
- You enjoy working as part of a team, communicating clearly, and taking a proactive approach
- Excellent written and spoken business English
