What we offer
- A full-time position of 40 hours per week in day shifts between 07.00hr – 19.00hr
- Gross monthly salary in CLA scale 8 between € 3.101 and € 3.839 (based on 40 hours), with growth potential up to € 4.581 depending on experience.

Your role
As a Teamleader, you keep daily warehouse operations running smoothly while helping your team perform and develop. Quality assurance is central to your work: you carefully register and resolve complaints and follow up on internal and customer-related corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). You work confidently with systems such as Blue Yonder, respond quickly and stay calm under pressure.
- Monitor operational processes and coordinate with fellow Teamleaders
- Coach team members on their performance and personal development
- Create a safe, welcoming and positive working environment
- Conduct performance, absence and career development conversations
- Keep staffing schedules and working hours records up to date
What you bring
You’re a natural leader with an eye for people and processes. You enjoy working with others, keep a clear overview and think ahead.
- Leadership experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using systems and reports
- Good communication skills in English; Dutch is an advantage
- A proactive, solution-focused approach

Team & DHL Supply Chain Nijmegen

What makes our Nijmegen campus so special? You’ll be working at our Life Science & Healthcare campus, contributing to logistics processes that make a real difference to healthcare both nationally and internationally. The campus consists of three buildings with a total floor area of approximately 92,293 m².
Your work will focus on animal nutrition and medicines, supporting veterinary healthcare.
You’ll lead a team of approximately 20 Warehouse Operators and report to the Shift Manager. Together, you’ll improve daily operations, support your team’s development and create a positive working environment.
