Warehouse Planner at DHL Supply Chain – You set the pace, we make it happen. As a Warehouse Planner, you're the one keeping everything running smoothly. You take charge of the planning, keep a sharp eye on processes, and spot daily opportunities to make things even more efficient.
What we offer
- A full-time position of 40 hours per week in day shifts between 07.00hr – 19.00hr
- Gross monthly salary between € 2.732 and € 3.393 (based on 40 hours), with growth potential up to € 4.055 depending on experience.

Your role
You’ll process orders, create smart schedules, and ensure everything in the warehouse runs like clockwork. Working closely with operations, customer service, and transport teams, you keep the pace high and the overview clear.
- Release and prioritize orders based on deadlines and capacity
- Create reports and monitor performance continuously
- Keep KPIs up to date and ensure accurate system data
- Proactively advise colleagues in operations and customer service
- Join status update meetings to keep track in operations.
What you bring
- You're a strong communicator, quick to adapt, and great at setting priorities
- You live in the area of Nijmegen
- A process-oriented mindset and affinity for data and systems
- Experience with MS Office and WMS
- A proactive, solution-focused approach that inspires others
- Experience in a warehouse environment or relevant logistics education
- English at a minimum B2 level, both spoken and written
