The Advisor I, Technical Support responds to basic and routine inquiries of a technical nature including hardware/software, or other designated client products. This position assists external users of the client's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use.About the role
Join an international technical support team supporting customers of a leading manufacturer of innovative garden equipment, robotic lawn mowers, and power tools. As a Customer Service Technical Specialist, you will help customers troubleshoot product-related issues, provide guidance on product functionality, and ensure high-quality customer experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to products, accessories, mobile applications, and connected devices.
- Guide customers through product setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Identify root causes of technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and technical findings accurately in internal systems.
- Educate customers on product features, best practices, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting roles.
- Strong technical aptitude and interest in consumer electronics, smart devices, home & garden equipment, or power tools.
- Ability to analyze problems and provide clear, customer-friendly solutions.
- Good knowledge of Windows environment and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Readiness to work from an office in Katowice.
Nice to Have:
- Technical education or relevant certifications.
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems.
