Provide responsive, white-glove technology support to executive-level end users and office staff. Deliver hands-on desktop, mobile, and Office 365 support to ensure leaders have reliable, secure, and productive technology at all times. Partner with enterprise technology teams to resolve issues quickly, maintain service level standards, and deliver a professional, high-quality support experience.
Responsible for the technology infrastructure within enterprise locations. Drive technology policies and standards to ensure service level guidelines are met, and the overall technology outcomes are delivered on time and within budget. Foster communication and collaboration by supporting the Technology Leader in the role as the technology ambassador.
