Influencer & Community Manager

As a Influencer & Community Manager you will have responsibilities on:

• Defining influencer and creator engagement strategies in partnership with Brand and Media Managers.
• Identifying, evaluating, and selecting influencers and creators to support brand objectives.
• Leading the development of creative briefs and campaign guidance for influencers and creators.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, creators, agency partners, and talent representatives.
• Ensuring high-quality content delivery and premium campaign execution across all collaborations.
• Owning end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, content rollout, performance tracking, optimization, and ROI evaluation.
• Engaging with audiences across key social platforms, fostering community engagement and advocacy around brand campaigns and creator content.
• Driving user-generated content (UGC) and advocacy initiatives to amplify consumer voices and strengthen brand communities.
• Monitoring social conversations, community sentiment, competitor activity, and emerging industry trends to identify opportunities and manage potential risks.
• Managing and continuously evolving influencer, creator, and agency databases to support future best-in-class partnerships.
• Leveraging social listening and campaign insights to develop recommendations and advocacy business cases for the assigned scope.
• Create and adapt content for digital channels, including ad copy, creative concepts, briefs, storyboards and platform-specific assets.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate content ideation, asset adaptation and creative testing.
• Translate audience, platform and performance insights into actionable creative recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Drive creative testing roadmaps and continuously optimize content based on performance data and business objectives.

Job Qualifications

• Enrolled in “Categorie Protette” (L.68/99)
• Experience in influencer marketing, social media, brand partnerships, account management, or a related field, gained within an agency, brand, or client-side environment.
• Experience managing social media communities, audience engagement, advocacy programs, or user-generated content (UGC) initiatives is an advantage.
• Experience within the beauty, luxury, fashion, or premium consumer goods industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance, identify insights, and translate them into recommendations.
• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Curious, accountable, and passionate about staying ahead of digital, social media, and influencer marketing trends.
• Strong content creation and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to develop compelling digital content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools for content creation, image generation, copywriting and creative optimization.
• Understanding of platform-specific creative best practices across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon and emerging digital ecosystems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect creative performance metrics to optimization opportunities.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Tools & Technology

• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and TikTok Business Suite.
• Familiarity with influencer discovery, social listening, creator scouting, and campaign management platforms is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is preferred.
• Experience creating or editing short-form video, social-first content and creator-led assets is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted content creation tools and creative workflow automation is an advantage
