In this role you will be working across multiple worldwide known brands like Ariel, Gillette, Pantene, Pampers or Oral-B.

With us you will: 

• Lead the customer business independently. 

• Negotiate the contract between the customer and P&G. 

• Develop customer’s business plans and objectives. 

• Work with analytics and shopper insights to sustainably grow categories at your customer. 
• Engage with internal stakeholders from our multifunctional teams to achieve key sales objectives based on your customers’ requirements and business need. 

• Build collaborative business relationships with internal and external partners. 

• Have an opportunity to learn and grow in the company through internal P&G training.

Job Qualifications

We would love to hear from you if you have: 

• Account management experience with leading retailers or experience within FMCG as a buyer working for a leading retailer.

• Negotiating experience and understanding of negotiating techniques. 
• Good understanding of Croatian market and its retail landscape. 

• A proven record of delivering outstanding business results and exceeding targets. 

• A clear understanding of how to execute winning plans with key retailers. 

• Experience managing and improving efficiency of sales forecasts and trade funds budgets. 

• Ability to create value, find customer insights and execute. 

• Successful examples of leadership and passion for winning. 

• Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, together with ability to influence others. 

• A valid driver’s license (active driver). 

• Fluency in English and Croatian (written and spoken).
