Job Description

• Strong hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of MC Connect (to CRM, DC, MCI, etc)
• Configure custom build advanced MC web forms (including utm settings, dynamic content, CRM lookup, CRM updates, etc)
• Advanced knowledge of AMPscript
• Understanding of and ability to write SSJS, JavaScript
• Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Build & configure automations for data processing and data import, including data lookup and updates to CRM
• Build & configure customer Journeys
• Manage requests for complex journey optimizations
• Build and test advanced features included in customer journeys, web forms, data integrations
• Code review and testing (both SIT and UAT)

Soft Skills

• Engage with client to derive requirements and consult client on best practices
• Inspire and train client on the digital transformation and capabilities of the Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud eco-system.
• Cooperate with client marketing managers on daily bases to support adoption
• Provides constant consultations and trainings for campaign managers.

Cross platform skills

• Overview of CRM data and understanding of Salesforce CRM platform in general to guide client
• Understanding of Lead Management, Consent Management and Customer 360-view incl. data points for personalization (segmentation, grading, classification, profiling etc.).
• Segment creation in Data Cloud

• Works under guidance of Campaign Platform Architect to install and configure Marketing Automation Platfor
• Reviews SQL/SAS code to understand requirements and develop marketing campaigns in SQL or marketing tools
• Interfaces directly with internal teams to address and manage client requests
• Responds to internal requests for support assistance on deployed campaign platforms within our production organisation
• Understands, customises and optimises the entire campaign management process to include new campaign requirements, development test, production execution and quality control
• Completes campaign activities individually during initial stage of development prior to the full deployment of the solution to production

Must have skills

1. SFMC expertise: more than 5 years of experience in leading SFMC implementations.
2. Understanding of how SFMC integrates with other platforms e.g., SFDC, Salesforce CRM, CRM, others.
3. Expertise and Experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL)
4. API Integrations – SOAP, REST
5. Strong Communication Skills
6. Problem Solving and Result Orientation
7. Excellent in Ampscript HTML, CSS

Good to have skills

1. Experience on other SF platform like SFDC, SF Personalization, architecting, design is preferred
2. Presales, RFPs, Experience in solutioning and winning deals on SFMC or similar platforms
3. Programming experience (Javascript / Java / VB / C# / PHP)

Education Qulification

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering

Certification If Any

1. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications
2. Multi Solution Architect (Nice to Have)
