El Paso Disposal, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety-conscious Non-CDL Container Delivery Driver to join our growing team in El Paso, Texas.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with Rotating Saturday.
• Hours: 4:00 AM Start Time (50-55 hours per week)
• Pay: $19.00+ per hour

Position Summary
As a Non-CDL Container Delivery Driver, you will safely deliver, exchange, and retrieve waste containers for residential and commercial customers. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up waste containers at customer locations.
- Load, unload, and position containers according to customer requests and company standards.
- Navigate assigned routes efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including checking fluids, tires, lights, and safety equipment.
- Complete daily paperwork and route documentation accurately.
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area.
- Follow all safety procedures, DOT regulations, and company policies.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What We Need From You
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Clean driving record.
- Previous delivery, route driving, or commercial driving experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and container delivery equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver containers as needed.
