Quality and Patient Safety Program Manager

Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary engagement and delivery leader for the Quality & Patient Safety (QPS) team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role is responsible for driving successful execution of quality and patient safety initiatives across national programs, market deployments, local site engagements, and internal strategic priorities.
The Program Manager will serve as the central coordinator for all QPS engagement activities, ensuring alignment between quality and patient safety objectives, deployment timelines, contractual commitments, and client expectations. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders, lead complex engagement efforts, manage project portfolios, and continuously refine the QPS engagement methodology to support successful outcomes across the VA enterprise.
