Position: Sr. Manager - Finance
Location: Jersey City, NJ (2 days working from office, rest from home)

Base salary range: $120K - $140K USD
Total compensation includes base salary and annual target bonus

For the type of candidates, we are looking for the Senior Manager Finance:

Candidate willing to work in Hybrid model with 2 days physical presence in office.

Around 7-10 total years of progressive experience (out of which at least 3-5 years of public company / US/Global work experience)
Candidate who can manage pressure and priority requirements.
Exposure to on-shore and off-shore work model.
Super excellent communication skills (written & conversational)
A true leader and role model for the team.
Analytical and outside the box mindset a must.
Global mindset and adaptable to shared service model.

We are seeking an experienced, highly collaborative and transformation-oriented Senior Manager – Finance, Controllership & Integration to serve as the US-based finance lead supporting the M&A integration and ongoing financial operations. The role will have end-to-end oversight and ownership of financial reporting and controllership, while serving as a key bridge between leadership, corporate controllership, FP&A, global shared service teams and other functional stakeholders.
